The online CRB Tracking Service provides APCS customers with
the facility to track the progress of a Standard or Enhanced Disclosure application you have made with us.
Who can use the tracking service?
The applicant or the employer.
What information will I need to track an application?
To track an individual application you will need to know:
1). The Disclosure application form reference number.
2). The applicant's date of birth.
If you have ordered a Basic Disclosure from APCS then please call us to check the progress of your application:

Please Note - We are not able to give progress reports on applications that have not been made with APCS - Please check with your provider.
